Student organisation AIESEC arranged an afternoon with speakers with Indian experience. It was a very successful event where all speakers presented a variety of experiences from different angles providing the audience with a fairly comprehensive overview. SIBC thanks AISEC and the Stockholm School of Economics for hosting the event. We also thank her Excellency Ambassador Deepa Gopalan Wadhwa from the Indian Embasssy for her presentation.

The yearly General Meeting for all members in Sweden-India Business Council was held in Stockholm 14 March 2005 including lunch.Our new Indian ambassador in Sweden Mrs. Deepa Gopalan Wadhwa attended the lunch and gave an informative speech. Almost fifty percent of our members participated which gave a good possibility to network and exchange experiences.

Our seminar regarding outsourcing of services to Indian companies was e real "eyeopener" for most of the around 70 participants. It was surprising to hear from both Indian and Swedish speakers how simple outsourcing now is developing into creative partnerships resulting into Swedish companies becoming more competitive.
